Dr. Yong Kyu Yoon is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. He leads the Multidisciplinary Nano and Microsystems (MnM) Laboratory, where he conducts interdisciplinary research on nanoscale and microscale systems. His work encompasses nano/microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) for radio frequency (RF) engineering, biomedical and microfluidic systems, optical and photonic applications, as well as organic and inorganic nanomaterials and nanocomposites.

Dr. Sam Chung is the Dean and a Professor at City University of Seattle. He leads the Smart and Secure Computing (SSC) research group, which focuses on enhancing the intelligence and security of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) in the fields of Education Technology (EdTech) and Financial Technology (FinTech). His team has applied software reengineering methods with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud computing, full-stack DevOps, mobile computing, blockchain, and user experience. Dr. Chung has mentored numerous undergraduate and graduate students through a service-learning research program. He has also served as a Co-PI or PI on several funded projects from companies and organizations such as Amazon, NSF, and T-Mobile.

Mr. Hwan Il Yoo is the Chief Representative of the KIAT US Office and has dedicated 15 years to serving as a Senior Researcher at KIAT. He earned his master's degree in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) in 2010, and his extensive experience and expertise continue to drive innovation in his field.
Mr. Jonghyuck Lee is a Director at the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) in Korea. With over 10 years of experience as a public official in the ministry, he currently serves as the Head of the Radio Resource Management Team. He will provide an overview of the latest research trends in Korea's ICT sector.
